仕事内容  ■Provide desktop technical support to the Buy Side business. Excellent understanding of Windows OS/Office 2010 support coupled with a client service approach.
■Candidate will also be involved in supporting the Server　infrastructure in the Tokyo and Fukuoka　Offices.
■Running of Audio Visual equipment.
■Partner with global teams to optimize user application performance both local and　international.
■The ability to provide informal training both 1 on and group training.
■Provide an　excellent level of IT support to onsite, remote and traveling users.
■Ensure that solutions comply with global standards.
■Maintain Disaster Recovery environment for each business unit.
■Attain sufficient knowledge of the　in-house and third party　applications, in order to quickly　identify and organize a solution for any related problem.
■Manage or assist with any IT related project as required.
■Escalate problems to vendors and in-house experts when required.
■Ensure open issues are passed to appropriate staff at the end of each shift.
■Provide regular status reports to management.
■Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and accurate.
■Ensure that all helpdesk calls and service requests are logged, processed and monitored according to company procedures and within SLA.
必要スキル  
大卒以上／32歳～40歳までの方(技能等の継承の為労働者数の少ない年齢層を対象)

The ideal candidate should have the following:
■Fluency in Japanese and English
■A University Degree in Computer Science or related fieldA University Degree in Computer Science or related field
■3+ years of experience desktop support in the financial industry (or similar experience)
■Thorough and logical approaches to problem-solving
■A “customer service” and flexible approach to solving business problems
■The ability to interact with business users at all management levels
■The desire to work independently, in groups, with remote teams, and overseas teams
■Willingness to lead projects

The successful candidate will possess all of the following skills and experience:

■Working knowledge of market data infrastructure, including　Bloomberg and Factset
■Extremely comfortable supporting Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, Microsoft Office 2010.
■Familiarity with incident ticket systems such as Service-now
■Ability to troubleshoot LAN/WAN technologies, a solid understanding of TCP/IP networking
■Hands on experience supporting Blackberry, iPhone, and Android devices

The successful candidate will possess most of the following skills and experience:
■Team lead experience
■Hands on experience supporting NRI T-STAR GX and TX applications
■Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and application deployment best practices
■Understanding of business resumption concepts and disaster recovery preparedness
■The ability and willingness to write and modify scripts
■Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
