仕事内容  同社のノース・アジア拠点のBD Managerとコンタクトを取りながら、日本での新規事業立ち上げを担って頂きます。

Responsibilities
• Primary contact to interface with Partner Technical Support, Sales and Marketing Teams
• Develop and recruit new partners into the program
• Develop & execute business plan with partners
• Meet with key partners regularly to align product roadmaps
• Interface with Help Desk and local technical support engineer to resolve partner issues
• Keep updated information on partner support of products
• Interface with Global team at HQ to align the global strategy
• Communicate program strategy to the sales team
• Align key partners with our Regional Sales Manager team
• Collaborate with marketing team to produce program solution directory for channel partners & team usage

必要スキル  
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience
• 8+ years in business development or sales position
• Experience in Networking or Security, with understanding of retail business
• Experience in working in an international company
• Experience from indirect channels
• Knowledge of IT and Cloud Computing

Essential skill and characteristic
• Honest and transparent, ability to show and get respect
• Pro-active, driven and cooperative
• Ability to build strong relationship with partners/customers
• Strong analytical and project management skill
• Confident presenter and negotiator
• Good skill of MS PowerPoint presentation
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Willingness to travel throughout the North Asia region and to HQ in Sweden
